Spider-Man: No Way Home

Spider-Man: No Way Home is arguably the most anticipated movie of the year. The hype and anticipation for it is just unbelievable. The trailer shows Tom Holland as Peter Parker came to Doctor Strange to erase everyone’s memories of his identity as Spider-Man since he was exposed by Mysterio in Spider-Man: Far from Home, post credit scene. In doing so, he broke the barrier to the multiverse putting the universe in harm’s way of the other Spiderman villains from other universes. We see Tobey Maguire’s, another Spiderman, villains Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, and Sandman. We also see Andrew Garfield’s Spider Man’s villains Lizard and Electro. There are some rumors and theories that Venom is going to be in the post credits to complete Spidermans Sinster 6 but as of right now we are seeing 5 of Spider Man’s iconic villains coming into this movie! A majority of marvel fans are expecting to see 3 Spidermans in the movie. Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire, and Tom Holland taking down their villains together but there has been no solid proof of them making it into this movie. Fans might not be satisfied not seeing Andrew and Tobey in the movie while all their villains and the actors that played them are in it.
The Multiverse collapse was not just Spider-Mans doing but we have also seen it collapse in the Loki series on Disney Plus. There is a theory where Loki and Sylvie and Scarlet Witch started the destruction, essentially setting up all the multiverse pins for Doctor Strange’s spell to knock down. In Loki, Loki and Sylvie killed the person as He Who Remains. He Who Remains is a person with different evil variants of himself throughout the Universe. He went to war with them and ended it. He Who Remains trimmed away entire timelines, not to mention the many, many people still inside them. He founded and ruled the Time Variance Authority to preserve the “Sacred Timeline” and prevent the rise of his counterparts. Residing at the Citadel at The End of Time for eons, he eventually met Loki and Sylvie, where he was killed. He was the only thing keeping the timeline from crumbling and now that he is dead. The timeline is fragile.
This gave the Marvel Universe a bunch of more villains while it gave it a bunch of new heroes. Doctor Strange’s spell to wipe everyone’s memory of spider-man’s identity fractured the multiverse and made their universe vulnerable to others. Spider-Man: No Way Home is the first Movie to introduce the Multiverse concept to Marvel. It is a must watch and introduction to the new phase of marvel.
Are you going to watch it on December 17th?
