The football team finally got its chance to play a game Friday night at Renton Memorial Stadium against new Kingco opponent the Interlake Saints. The Eagles came up short 35-12.

The Eagles were quick to score on the first play of the game after senior quarterback Blake Dompier connected with senior receiver Giovani Petrovic for a 74-yard touchdown (VIDEO).  Dompier pulled the Eagles within two with a 36 yard touchdown run before halftime. (VIDEO)

Lindbergh hosts long time opponent Evergreen who is combining with Tyee to play this season. The Thursday night game can be viewed via Facebook Live and NFHS, kickoff at 7 p.m. at Renton Stadium. This will also be senior night with pre-game set at 6:30 p.m. Facebook Live will broadcast the events from the field.
