Sports Report for 9/20
Justin Vallejo had three touchdowns and 136 yards rushing in the 49-14 win over Evergreen Friday.
The football team took the field for the first time this season defeating Evergreen last Friday 49-14. Junior Justin Vallejo led all scorers with three touchdowns including runs of 32, 17 and 50. He has eight carries for 136 yards.
In all the Eagles had 404 yard total offense, the first time they surpassed 400 in several years. Quarterback Hanad Hassan threw 9 for 14 and 158 yards, three touchdowns.
Efren DeJesus had five tackles and Chase Linkous had four including a fumble recovery and interception. Kicker Francisco Resendiz went 7 for 7 on point after attempts.
Lindbergh travels to Sammamish (Bellevue) who beat Foster Friday 45-25. They are 2-1 overall.
