Cross Country seniors after their last home race are crowned champions.

CROSS COUNTRY
The cross country team held its home meet for LHS cross country against Sammamish and Renton. Additional runners from Lake Washington, Hazen and Mercer Island created a race of over 100 runners around the 3.1 mile course.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

The girls (JV and Varsity) lost in three straight sets to Sammamish, Tuesday. They play tonight at Foster to begin the second half of the season. They are currently 3-3 overall.

GIRLS SOCCER

The girls soccer team beat Renton 5-1 Tuesday at Renton Stadium.
Lead by Freshman Paige McMath and Junior Rae’Ayn Gilberts 2 goals each. Senior Minji Rauch added a goal and the defense lead by Junior Morrisa Donahue kept control of the game all night.
The girls play again Thursday night vs Highline at Renton Stadium at 7pm. Both teams are tied for 2nd place in 2A Kingco League. Tonight will also mark senior night with events beginning pregame.

BOYS TENNIS
The boys tennis team defeated Highline, Tuesday 4-3. Derek Blaiotta and Spencer Edwards won singles matches while Gene Bushaw/Andrew Carlisle and Colton Teague/Carl Magno each won both doubles matches. They complete at Renton High, 3:30 pm

BOYS GOLF
The boys defeated Foster by default (due to not enough players for Foster). Scores were not reported.
