LHS seniors have mapped out their college majors, each driven by different motivations and dreams that reflect their personal experiences and future goals.

Neva Rudolph plans to major in elementary education. Having grown up caring for children, Rodolph feels confident and familiar in this field. She hopes to have dogs and marry a wealthy husband to ensure financial stability.

Kayla Lynch chose to major in forensics technology, working with crime investigations. Lynch has always been interested in solving problems. She values the field’s good salary, job stability, and opportunities within Washington State.

Mason D’Amico is pursuing a business degree with a clear goal in mind: to become wealthy. For D’Amico, success is measured by financial security, and he’s determined to avoid poverty by building a strong career in business.

Cash Crites will major in law, inspired by his interest in the court setting and system. Confident in his ability to handle legal cases, Crites envisions a future as a practicing lawyer, turning his passion into a long-term career.

Caleb Villareal is leaning towards a medical major, although he hasn’t come to an exact decision. He was inspired by a mission trip to South America as a volunteer to help at a health care clinic, which left a lasting impression. He wants to pursue a career that will encourage him to attend college and go on a path where he finds both purpose and happiness.

Kylie Ferluga is majoring in public health, and chose her field because of its flexibility and impact. She was drawn to this major because it opens the door to a variety of career paths rather than limiting her to one. Ferluga emphasized her passion for helping people in need and explained that working in health care gives her a sense of fulfillment and purpose.

Isabella May-Roman picked travel nursing as her major to follow her strength in caring for others. She said that being helpful makes her feel happy and gives her a sense of purpose. Looking toward the future, Roman hopes this path will help her grow personally and allow her to build strong connections with her patients.
Although their chosen path varies, each student shares a common thread: turning personal passion and experiences into meaningful, goal-driven futures.
