As the leaves fall off the trees. We get closer to the end of the trimester and holidays. There are different emotions for everybody, here’s how it is this year for LHS students.

“I wish I changed my classes so I didn’t have to stick with them.” Says Amen Fesses, a sophomore. A good lesson for many. While she’s ready to finish finals, she has new classes and basketball season she looks forward to.
Sophomore Julianna Murphy, can’t wait for “Jesus Christ Day” also known as Christmas. She feels sad to leave her old classes with her friends behind, but she’s looking forward to a fresh start on grades and winter season.
“If I had to change something about this trimester it would be less homework.” Sophomore Vivian Tran explains. She is stressed about her math finals, but is excited for the upcoming holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. She loves the vibes and Christmas spirit at this time of year.
This first trimester is coming to an end on November 26th, which is coming up quickly. While certain events and Fall sports finish up, there is a new donation drive starting up by Lindbergh’s one and only DECA club!
At LHS DECA, is hosting a new donation drive for children’s books and clothes till December 4th. They are asking for lightly used children’s books and clothes to donate to neighboring elementary schools. Take your donations to Room 132, Mrs. Luttrell’s room to turn them in, and show eagle pride.
As students prepare for finals and winter sports, don’t forget to take care of yourselves, sleep in, and have fun during break!
