Cross Country Preview
Cross County runners Benjamin Walter, left and Israel Emerson led the Lindbergh pack during their KingCo run against Renton, Foster, Tyee and Evergreen this week. They finished the 3.1 mile course at Seward Park 20:08.

Key Newcomers: A huge 9th grade class and the first LHS XC Girls team since 2018!
Predicted Outcome: With a very huge turnout for the LHS XC team this year, there is a lot of potential with the young team. They need to train hard and stay healthy in September, as that is where they’ll be leading into League Championships in October and November!
