Science teacher Christine Moran advises the environmental science club. Some may wonder what the environmental science club is about.
Ms. Moran and the officers teach club members gardening. They also help the environment by caring for outdoor areas and giving students opportunities for community service. They plan for more of this in the future
Environmental science club helps Eagles acknowledge the environment and teaches students about how they can help the environment through participating in gardening, including weeding the courtyard and planting new vegetables for upcoming fundraisers.
Lindbergh High School benefits through their regular campus cleanups and community cleanups around the district like local stores, beaches, and parks – keeping our area clear and safe for the people and animals living here.

This upcoming year the environmental science club will be doing more projects that offer community service, field trips, and more. The club meets in room 308 on the 3rd floor, has meetings every second and fourth Wednesday of the month. The club offers snacks to those who come and have fun.
Ms. Moran said “I enjoy watching my students socialize and bond because its very important to me.” She enjoys seeing eagles participate in the club while also contributing to the environment.
