Get to know your Lindbergh High School freshman president for this school year!

Ava Long is a freshman and she’s the LHS freshman president. Long is in ASB and her position is the freshman president. Long’s favorite part about ASB is the community and being able to work with others. Long explains what she likes about LHS, “My ASB class because they are inclusive and overall a good class.” Long says that she was looking forward to LHS because of all the health care classes since she wants to go into the medical field.

Long says her favorite part of the LHS building is the lower commons because when it’s sunny, sunlight hits the commons. Longs goals this year are to get good grades, raise money for class of 2029 and drink more water.

Long says she likes being president because she gets to plan tailgates and dance. She also explains that a disadvantage is she organizes lots of stuff, but overall likes being president. Long says she’ll help freshman this year by answering questions and raising more money to have dances and tailgates.

Long’s last words for freshman is to focus on grades because they’ll add up in the future and don’t be involved in any drama to have a good school year.
